Does scraping therapy cause bruising?

It's a common misconception that doing a lot of internet searches can cause physical damage.

The truth is, there are many potential health benefits to using the internet, but it doesn't cause bruising. However, it's always best to seek medical advice before you start a new online activity.

You've probably heard that you should go to the doctor before you start a new exercise program or diet. But what about when you're trying to recover from an injury? That advice might be outdated.

The reality is, your body doesn't care about the internet or the news. Your body just wants to heal. While the internet might be able to help you find the right kind of doctor and the right kind of exercise program, your body still needs to heal. Scraping therapy can be one way to help you recover faster.

Why is scraping therapy good? Scraping therapy is a simple way to help your muscles and tendons recover from injury. The process usually involves placing warm water on the area where the injury occurred. Then you hold an ice pick or the edge of a spoon against the affected area to stimulate blood flow, decrease swelling and encourage tissue regeneration. Scraping therapy can also be used to reduce scarring.

What happens when I scrape therapy my muscles and tendons? The process begins by placing warm water on the area where the injury occurred. You can do this either by soaking a towel or putting a container of warm water on the ground. You can do it by hand or with the help of a heat pack or heat lamp. Once the towel has been soaked, you can use the ice pick or spoon to stimulate the blood flow and encourage tissue regeneration.

You'll likely feel some soreness immediately after scraping therapy. However, it will subside quickly if you continue with your normal activities.

Is scraping therapy bad for my injury? Scraping therapy isn't bad for your injury as long as you're doing it correctly. For example, you should only use a teaspoon or less of warm water. Also, make sure that the ice pick or spoon has been sterilized, cleaned and dried.

There may be some evidence that using scraping therapy can cause bleeding or bruising in the injured area. However, this could because of the method that you used, not therapy itself.

How often should I scrape my injured area?

Can muscle scraping cause damage?

Many years ago I remember that I ripped a bit when lifting weights and it hurt badly, but the doctor said there was no problem, just some pain, so I lifted for an hour and then forgot about it.

Then some weeks later I lifted again without any pain, but my shoulder and head did feel a little pain, so I stopped working out for a week. I now work out for 45 mins twice a day at a certain weight, and in a particular style.

When I do it a few days in a row, after one or two workouts I can still feel alot of discomfort but it is just slight and goes away soon after I stop. It would probably be a different story if I went the 4-5 days a week route, but I lift when im free or bored so I guess thats why.

Now I have found this muscle scraping pain in my left bicep, and I think this is what the pain might be referred to. Is there anyway to remove this scrape type of pain in my bicep?, can it be a sign of something else which needs addressing? I'm no doctor or medical expert, and am basing this conclusion purely from experience. My wife has the same symptom you describe, where you just feel a pain deep down in the muscle near where she squeezes the muscle after a workout. In your case, it sounds like its coming from the muscle you're squeezing, so a scraping type injury in this area may cause a pain where you're experiencing. If you have a medical professional available, I suggest you give it a quick read and see what they say.

You are quite possibly having a muscle bruise, and it is very common because it feels exactly like this, no bruising usually just swelling in the muscle. Muscle bruises often hurt worse than an actual muscle tear, because they take time to heal and are not nearly as noticeable. You want to massage it into the muscle if the pain gets too bad and really hard the entire time, and keep it straight as long as you can, it will likely hurt for another 2 to 3 days, but it will begin to feel better right away and go away altogether in 2 to 3 weeks.

Hope that helps and I hope you find relief. Good luck! I am a runner and would appreciate advice.

Should muscle scraping cause bruising?

I'm wondering if muscle scraping caused some bruising when I went through the paces of my diet. I've seen the videos and followed them to a T, my body fat is at 0, and I'm looking to be able to cut weight to fight without too much soreness. It's been several weeks since I've actually had a full workout but I feel like I am still getting that aches in my body from the workout (which are supposed to get better as I get leaner). It feels more like muscle strain than pain, but there's definitely some soreness going on. Should I keep pushing? I also have a weird bruise on my upper arm from yesterday. Am I in the danger of an internal bleed or something?

Share this post. Link to post. Share on other sites. I have to admit, that whole area is quite sore. My shoulders are still killing me. And I think I might even feel something in my abs when I bend down. I have no idea how long that bruise will last. I am just waiting for it to go away.

And that might be from an injury from yesterday. My bicep tendon was hurt pretty bad and it's taking a couple days for it to heal. It was also from doing the pushup, which was a huge overzealous day before I started cutting. I really need to be careful when I train.

I hope that you all find the strength to push yourself through the pain. I don't know how you guys are doing it, but for me, I am getting used to the pain by training more often. Like every 2nd day. Also, I just keep taking it easy on the lower part of my back. Like, I didn't push myself like I normally do. I'm also trying to use less weight so that my muscles aren't strained too much. I think it'll be easier to maintain my leanness and strength now than when I was eating anything and everything. The only thing that I didn't do for the first time in ages was cardio.

I know what you mean when you say that your upper body aches. For me, it was in my shoulder, though. I actually hurt my collar bone a bit and it hurt really bad when I slept.
