Thanks for your response. From what I can tell, PIA website states that Galaxy S5/S6/Note 3 will work by using USB tethering on your android device. However I cannot find any information about Galaxy g4. Will it work?

Private Internet Access has been working since day 1 for us. Anyone else having issues with hotspot connectivity? I understand that the FCC requires an open port but I am not getting any feedback. Private Internet Access is still connected with the router, no problem with that. The mobile app is throwing TCP connection errors all the time.

@ Jeff The reason why there are so much problems seems to because of Windows version of PIA client. What OS are you using to connect to PIA? MAC, Linux, etc? If you are using Windows version of PIA client then in settings you will be able to see the issue. If you are using MAC or Linux, you will have to report the problem with PIA to their support team.
