How to set proxy in Windows 10 command line?

There is no option in the Windows 10 Control Panel to allow or disallow internet usage through a proxy server. This article explains how to configure your proxy settings using Command Line options.

The reason why you cannot use the Control Panel Proxy option is because it has been removed. This also means that there will be no new updates for the proxy settings which means that the only way you can update proxy settings in Windows 10 is through command line.

For now my solution would be to uninstall the driver on the server, and just update the drivers. But this means going through several steps/drivers (so far), and since the MSI will download new drivers (from the servers etc), I would also have to uninstall those.
