Why won't GlobalProtect connect to Mac?

Can someone please explain to me why I can't connect to the GlobalProtect?

I have a friend that can, but he always has an issue with it. Here is my connection information: Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista. Wireless: Linksys Wireless N300. Mac OS X: Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard. GlobalProtect Connect Client: 1.3 I think that if the network card would be installed correctly, it would be able to connect. However, on my Mac (I have another Mac with the same problem) it only connects when it is installed in the PCI slot, and not the USB slot. I don't know why this is happening, and it makes it difficult for me to use GlobalProtect. I have also read a few similar topics on the net, and nothing has worked so far. Thanks for any help.
