Is TouchVPN good or bad?

I have been using the touch VPN service for a few months and it has been working well, but I'm concerned that I'm being charged an extra 10 for a month if I am not within 50 miles of the UK (I live in Ireland). The reason I ask is because it appears that there are no other providers offering unlimited UK phone and data from the US. I know that the iPhone has the option to use the iPhone's local data but that is not what I am looking for.

I'm looking to use the TouchVPN to access Netflix and iTunes over the internet (I'm away from home). If I use my mobile phone in the US, then I can get unlimited data and calls from the US and that works fine for me.

However, I'm also a member of the Xfinity family of cable TV services and I want to be able to access their on-demand content which is only available in the UK. Can anyone advise if this is possible with TouchVPN? If it is not possible, can you recommend any other UK based service that does allow unlimited data and voice? This service is not intended to be used for accessing international video sites. You can always visit your local network provider who will charge a premium for using an international data connection, I assume you are looking for an unlimited data plan for your mobile device. The touch VPN doesn't support this and its pretty much the same as having a regular wifi connection.

For your second question: If you want to access the Xfinity network you are going to need to find a way of getting a connection from your mobile phone to a UK based router. You could use a 3G dongle but it would better to use a wireless network to connect to a router.

It doesn't allow me unlimited data but it is free and I don't get charged any more for having the internet connection from outside of the UK. It also provides a decent amount of data if I'm using it during off peak hours (I live in Northern Ireland so it is currently at about 20Mbps).

There are two ways to get the statistics you want: You can access the server directly on port 8080. As long as your computer can connect to the server, it will show up in the free version.
