Once you have this policy, you can import it into Visual Studio. Go to Options -> Device Options in the IDE, then click Add Policy. When prompted for a Policy Name, enter the policy name. Set the Policy Type to "Device" and click OK. The policy will now be in the list of available policies for your project.
Note that policies can only be imported once per SDK. So, even if you create a new policy, re-importing it with Visual Studio won't work unless you uninstall all previous policies first.
Also, I would suggest leaving dsclient open while using VS. It doesn't appear to be able to handle multiple commands without errors.
