How to setup turbo net?
Turbo net is like a software firewall.
It basically is not a firewall, and a very weak one at that. The only thing it will block is port 22. You can't install it on a server, as it relies on a server to be running in order to work properly. If your server is down or won't start, turbo net won't work.
I've seen a few tutorials on how to install turbo net on a personal computer (PC). The instructions can usually be applied to a server as well, as the two are quite similar in function.
What you'll need. You'll need a PC and a USB flash drive, but don't need an ethernet cable or a router. You can download a free version of Turbo Net here. This tutorial will guide you through installing Turbo Net on Windows 7 and Windows 8.
Installing Turbo Net on Windows 7. Windows 7 comes with Windows Defender which can be used for a basic firewall, but it's not as good as Turbo Net. Start by downloading the installation file. Once it's downloaded, you'll want to open it with your preferred text editor, such as notepad. You can rename the file to install.exe and be done with it.
Now you need to make a shortcut to the file. Right click anywhere in the file and press create shortcut. You'll see a screen similar to this:
Click open file location and point to the folder where the .exe is located. In my case, that would be C:TurboNetinstall. You can type in the file name manually if you don't know what it is, but we'll stick with the file name. Click create shortcut and you're done!
Now you need to launch the program. Click on the shortcut that you created earlier. You'll see the screen below:
Click Run and you're done! Now you can reboot your computer and you're good to go. Installing Turbo Net on Windows 8. You'll need to do everything in reverse on Windows 8. First, download the installation file.

Tutorial on how to install Turbo C 4.0 on Mac operating system.
This software is officially released in 1999 by Borland Software, also know as Turbo C, and has been developed for most of the popular desktop operating systems available today including UNIX, Windows, and Linux. Although almost everyone knows that the most common versions of Turbo C for Mac operating systems come with either Mac OS X or Mac OS X Server, I have personally used Turbo C versions 4.0 and 3.0 for my own personal purposes before because there are plenty of other versions that are compatible with those two of the most popular Macintosh operating systems available today.
So for those of you who are new to the whole Turbo C family of applications for the Mac OS X platform, what are these different versions? Well first, there is a version named Turbo C for Mac OS X that is completely different from the usual Turbo C version that you get in the store or for download online. It doesn't actually run on Mac OS X, but instead runs its own version of Turbo C called XC and it was added to the Mac OS X family when it was released.
Next is the Turbo C version that works with the XC version of Mac OS X that also runs its own built in version of Turbo C called XC, and you can download the Mac OS X version of this edition here, and it's a free download. Finally is the Turbo C version that is actually compatible with Mac OS 9 or OS X, and the most common version available is this one. There are lots of different editions of this edition of Turbo C that are compatible with Mac OS 9 or OS X in a lot of different ways, and this version was the only version of Turbo C that I owned back in high school before I was introduced to the latest version of Turbo C for Mac OS X.
