Hello, I need to turn off this open proxy that is pointing to my computer. I have a.exe that I downloaded from the web. It is in an encrypted zip file. When I unzip it, it seems to have an open proxy. I have already tried going to my router to turn off the open proxy and it didn't work. Also, I tried going to my modem to turn off the open proxy, and it didn't work. I googled it and it seems that it is in the registry, but I am not sure how to turn it off.

I would like it to open like it does normally, but there is a warning that it could be dangerous. Also, the exe says that I need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader. I have the latest version on my computer, but I am not sure if that's where it is coming from.
