Why is my automation on iPhone not working?

Why is my automation on iPhone not working?

I have an iOS automation app that tests a website.

I am using the inbuilt browser simulator for this. I have tested this on Android and it works fine. I have set up the app to accept any URL and pass the automation through to the URL that is being tested. I have tested this with test cases that use the url and they both work fine. But when I try to use a url that contains numbers such as then it stops working. It does not pass the request and no errors are returned.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! This looks like a good discussion of what you can do to debug: Here are some additional thoughts: Are you sure you are testing the right URL? You are specifying the URL path as the automation name, but you should probably specify the full URL, including host. (If the host is different than the main domain, you'll need to add a scheme and host.)
Also, try changing the URL you're testing to be a valid resource. For example, try instead of That's a much more difficult request to make, so if you can successfully hit it, it will likely be easier to find an error in your app.

You can also use the built-in Safari developer tools to see if there is an error on the server side, and if there is, you can try to get more info from the server, such as HTTP status codes.

Why my iPhone antenna is not working?

So I'm not getting any signal with my iPhone antenna, and am wondering why?

My phone has a 3G signal. The antenna won't work if you've broken the case and/or it's been damaged. The antenna is on the top of the phone so it's easily exposed to damage. It is also very weak compared to the speaker, ear speaker and microphone which are all located on the bottom of the phone. It has to be very strong and therefore large to pick up a signal.

You can try putting a paperclip or some other thin object inside the headphone port or battery cover and see if it helps. If that doesn't work then the phone needs to be taken in for repair.

I had this problem a few months ago. My phone was getting signal for a short while but was very slow to respond. It turned out that a loose wire inside the phone was pulling the antenna wires from the socket. This made the phone work but the signal was very weak.

I think I have the same problem, it seems like it gets signal at one point but then goes blank. The only solution I found was that I took the headphones off and put them on my head, the phone then worked normally.
