Why is Disney+ not available on my Fire Stick?

I have a new Fire Stick for Netflix, Hulu and other services, and I cannot access Disney or some other channels on my TV because the menu on the remote is not recognizing the commands.

I have tried to enter the following on the remote but without success: 1) Menu 2) Settings 3) Network settings 4) Netflix 5) Selecting an app 6) Movies 7) Watch Now 8) Movies on demand 9) Play On Demand 10) Watch Disney movies. I've tried both the Fire Stick and Fire Stick Pro with no change in the problem. It's either one or the other, and it's hard to know which one is which with each set of instructions. How do I get access to these channels?

We're sorry for any inconvenience. In order to help you, please reply to this thread stating the details about your device including the specific model number.

Please note that Apple's TV and Fire TV have different methods of controlling their Apps, and we recommend that you follow the directions provided by your device. Saw a comment somewhere else that the firestick doesn't have the remote code to control apps like the apple TV, I was looking for a way to fix it, if you can post how you fixed it, that would be appreciated. I'm so glad you responded as I'd done all that before posting, and I thought someone might have solved it. I have a 4th generation Firestick (with the 4GB flash). It had worked just fine until a couple of days ago when it stopped working with Netflix. I also had it working until last night with Hulu and YouTube.

Then it started back up again with Hulu and YouTube but not Netflix. I did some more research and found this site There are several problems with the remote codes in the comments and solutions there. I tried the ones that I was able to work and the remote codes didn't work.

Any suggestions on how to get Netflix working again? Thanks so much! What happens when you try a Netflix/Fire Stick Remote command?

Why can't I get Disney Plus on my Samsung Smart TV?

This is my first post here on the Forum so I'm sorry if I do something wrong.

I have a Samsung smart TV (TIZOO, JU 749H). I'd like to have Disney Plus available on my TV, but I can't seem to be able to do that. I've been looking in the Google TV app and in the Samsung TV app for days now and I haven't seen any mention of Disney Plus at all, except on certain webpages. On my Samsung browser, you can see that the Disney Plus app was only available in December 2026.

My TV has 4.5 firmware and if this has any effect, then I guess I won't have Disney Plus till I upgrade my TV.

Has anyone else had success with getting Disney Plus? Is there a way to have access to it from other apps/sites like Google TV, Roku or Fire Stick etc. Is it likely possible to do something and not make it known publicly that you can do so? Thank you for your help, any help is much appreciated! P.S: If I should remove my question from here, please tell me.

Please tell us some more information about your TV: Make, model and type of TV. Firmware number. Do you have any additional smart TV connected devices like DVR, NAS, Fire Stick, etc. Do they work with Disney Plus?S: The official website does not currently mention Disney Plus for the TIZOO JU 749H. As I stated in my previous post, you can find information on that on Amazon (there is an official listing). It seems they're leaving out many of the popular streaming services right now, instead promoting the Disney ecosystem as their own. There's no need to worry about not being able to access it though, as streaming will be supported on any device with a Chromecast or even on the phone without an extra device.

Why is my Disney+ saying it's not available in my region?

I have a Disney Visa card and every time I go to the Disney website to look for a hotel, it says that "Your region is not available" even though I'm in North America.

Is there something wrong with my computer or is this a sign of a bigger problem? I'd double check that you're on the right continent. I just went to your link and I'm in America and it says it's available in the USIf you don't see it, try changing your location on your browser.

You can only book with the Disney Visa card in the USA and Canada, so if you have a Canadian card you will not be able to use it. For further information, check the terms and conditions for the Visa card and look for the section that says "US & Canada". In addition to what TheDarkOne said, I would also recommend that you check the terms and conditions of your visa. If you are travelling on a tourist visa, you must be able to stay in the country for 90 days. There is a lot of legalese in there that you should be familiar with.
