I had a Gpay account, and in the middle of all this I accidentally cancelled my account, so I now have a suspended account.

How do I unlock it? I have tried using the customer support app on my phone, but when I go to unlock it says "we're sorry we can't find your account". I'm at a complete loss at this point.

It's an AT&T service and I used to get a new phone every two months so I could keep using it. But then I moved out of state, and now they don't want me to use my phone anymore unless I get a new one. I don't know what I'm going to do.
