Who is my Google Workspace Organisation administrator?

To access your Google Workspace Organisation administrator, click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

This opens up the 'Organisation' section. From here, you will be able to view all the organisation users who have access to your Google Drive account.

If you can't see your Google Workspace Organisation administrator, then you might need to create a new one. In the 'Create Organisation' section, you can either select a predefined account or create a new one. Alternatively, if you don't want to use any predefined accounts, you can create a new one. This will enable you to create a custom account.

You should also make sure that your new organisation is given access to the Google Drive account. You can do this by selecting the cog icon again and selecting 'Give access to this account'.

How do I invite someone to join my Google Workspace Organisation? Click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Then, click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen again.

Select the cog icon next to the name of the person you would like to remove. Select 'Remove from the list'. Google workspaces are designed to be as simple as possible. You don't have to think about how to remove or add a user, because there is no way to do it incorrectly. Google takes care of that for you.

Why is my account disabled by Google Workspace Administrator?

What I have done: Immediately after I got my invite to Google Workspace, I tested my account.

It worked fine. But in less than 1 hour, my Google account was disabled. I sent emails to my support center. Nothing helped. So I tried logging in with an alternative email id (I am using my gmail address), to check if it works fine. It did not work. Google has disabled my Google account.

Google Support does not want to give me any clue why my account is disabled. All that they keep telling me is to resend the invitation request.

They have disabled my account just because it worked and got enabled a few hours later. My questions: Does this mean my Google account has been disabled because it started working? Can you please tell me the reason for my account being disabled? And the best case scenario - can we get an apology letter from Google? And what about other people who receive the same email as I did? Are they affected too? You may well have a good case for action against Google by a UK Lawyer. I suggest if you are not already doing so, that you get all of your contacts to send an email to: "Dear Google, I've sent a complaint to your service provider regarding your inability to manage my email address due to your system's failure. Please get this complaint resolved as soon as possible, as my account could be permanently disabled if I do not regain access to my mail within a given time period."

It really does look like a glitch. If you've had such an email from Google you could try posting on the Gmail help page under the Help & FAQ link. I've had a few occasions when I've received one of these as well, but have never got anywhere with them.

I'd also be interested to know what you did immediately after the message came through, to confirm it wasn't something you or someone else did as part of an attempt to get access to your account, and you're still unable to access your account? @Hanshoutalot said: > I'd also be interested to know what you did immediately after the message came through, to confirm it wasn't something you or someone else did as part of an attempt to get access to your account, and you're still unable to access your account?

How do I reactivate my Google Workspace?

When the Google Wallet account I'm signing in with has no available payment card, how do I get a Google Workspace account (and therefore a Google Wallet account) to accept a payment? Note. We're sorry if it took us a bit of time to provide this solution. We know you depend on Google Wallet, and we are committed to improving it for you. Our first priority is to resolve customer service and technical support issues. After that, we'll get the features you want and make sure they're easy to find.

Update 7/21/17: We've been seeing an increase in reports of customers running into this issue and have taken steps to remedy it. In the meantime, if you're stuck, you can try these steps to get the most out of Google Wallet today.

Create an account on Google Pay, Google Wallet, or Google Play whichever Google Wallet is being used for your payment. Enter the account information on Google Pay and follow the prompts to create a card. For Google Play, you can follow the steps on Google Play to create a payment method.

Once you've done either one of these things, you'll be able to go to your Google Account (Settings > Pay with Google > Add a payment method > select your card). This will then create a Google Wallet account and add a card to it.

Then, try your Google Wallet account again. In the above case, you'll need to ensure you're signed into your wallet, as Google Pay is only available on Android. When Google Wallet became obsolete. Google Wallet was designed to provide a single payment system across all of Google's services: Gmail, search, Chrome, maps, and more. Unfortunately, it became clear that providing a payment system for one of these platforms meant we couldn't offer a consistent payment system across them. That's why we shut down Google Wallet in 2025.

In addition to eliminating Google Wallet's functionality, we wanted to ensure users could continue using their payment cards with Google Pay. So we integrated Google Wallet with Google Pay and let users use their Google Wallet accounts with Google Pay. This was all possible because we already had a good relationship with payment card networks, and also because Google Wallet has some additional security checks built-in (by using the OAuth 2.
