How do I unlock the secret menu on Netflix?
In the middle of every movie I'm watching on Netflix, I see this little 'x' that is usually blue or purple.
Does anyone know how I can unlock it? (No spoilers!) Netflix doesn't tell you anything, and the 'x' sometimes doesn't show up. I have the latest version of Netflix and this problem persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
For me, the 'X' was on top-left corner. For other people, they've reported seeing it anywhere.
@TheGreatGuy. I think its like this. You can just click/tap the screen where the 'X' is and its supposed to appear. It's just like some sort of glitch or something. So, I don't know if its a fix or a glitch.
I am not getting the 'X' for a lot of movies, which seems to be common. I am also getting all sorts of glitches when trying to stream movies. For example, after a few minutes of trying to watch a movie, there is a white box that covers the screen. If I try to play it again, the movie plays for 5 seconds then stops with a black screen.
I'm hoping that the streaming will work better in the next day or two. This has been going on for weeks now. I've tried restarting my computer, uninstalling Netflix, and I still get the same thing. It has never shown the 'X' before. It happens randomly and in different movies. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
You're absolutely right, I also didn't know I could click the 'x' but I always saw it the way you described. I have a laptop and I have no issues with the same thing, but if I connect it to my TV I see the same thing! It's really weird.
I also have the latest version of Netflix and I still see the same thing!
