How do I turn off Google Keep notifications?

How do I turn off Google Keep notifications?

You can turn off Google Keep notifications by disabling the option for them in Gmail.

You need to go into your Gmail options in order to do this. In the top right hand corner, click on the three dots menu and select Settings. In the 'General' section, there is a drop-down menu with the option 'Show New Notifications in Your Inbox'. Disable this if you do not want notifications from Google Keep and from your Google accounts in general in the Email section of your inbox.

How do I turn notifications off?

Notifications are part of the experience of playing on Apple TV.

If you don't want to be notified about anything, all of your notifications will be shut off. In addition to a silent watch face, the remote has no buttons for the volume controls (on both the old and new Apple TVs).

This is the most common problem people report having with the Apple TV when they first connect. Fortunately, there's a solution! 1) Open Settings. 2) Choose Notifications. 3) Touch Turn Off All Notifications. NOTE: If you don't see this option or if you already turned off all notifications, it's probably because you haven't restarted the Apple TV. Restart the Apple TV by pressing and holding the power button until the Apple logo appears. The Apple TV will now reboot into setup.

How do I set custom Siri commands? If you're using an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, you can easily set custom Siri commands using iDevice Link (see below). On the Apple TV, Siri commands are much more limited.

NOTE: I am not providing a link to iDevice Link because it takes too many steps to use. If you're interested in it, check out a similar feature from Roku called Roku Link. It does the same thing, but only for Roku apps that let users assign multiple commands to an app.

How do I change to my preferred language? On the Apple TV remote, go to Settings > General > Language & Text Services > Voice Control. Enter any search queries for text in your favorite language, including: Apple TV (to use it for voice control);. AAC-Channels;. Music;. App Store; and. GameCenter. What's the best Apple TV app? The App Store for Apple TV has thousands of free apps you can download instantly, and they work on all of the latest models from 2026 and beyond. If you're really looking to find the best Apple TV app on the App Store, consider subscribing to the magazine, where I give out the best deals and freebies each week.

How do I use voice search? On the old Apple TVs, say Hey Siri followed by what you want to search for.

Why did I get a Google notification?

I didn't even buy a Nexus?

In my case, I'm running Cyanogenmod on a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S II. This morning, the phone is telling me that a few of my SMS messages have arrived and I must see what this is. One of those messages was from a carrier saying I had "free service". How can this be when I didn't use this phone for a month? What's going on here?

Since you're using an unmodified ROM on a vanilla device, they probably have some kind of automatic system checking every few days to see if anything has changed on your phone in terms of hardware. If everything looks good (all devices, SIMs, etc) and you've got the standard battery backup stuff cranked, then you'll still get mail notifications.

As to why you'd get carrier spam, probably it was because your phone had an unlocked SIM, and somebody signed up your phone on their end as it would have sent them new customers. You'd have to go through either Cyanogen's settings to hide/disable these emails or talk to your carrier to figure out how you ended up getting those messages.

How do I turn off news notifications?

The most recent feature update to Android News Feed (v. 7.0) has caused some people to ask how they can turn off the news stories for a specific app. The News Feed screen was removed from Android 4.0 and has been integrated into the main application screen in all versions of Android going back to 2. The easiest way to get to news stories from the main app is to select the tab for "Top Stories". It is not possible to go to a specific story within an app's News Feed via a single button; instead, press and hold the home button to see which app's tab is selected. To get to any news story (that you want to see) then just press and hold on that specific app. To change the tab for a specific app simply swipe left or right while pressing the home button. Then select the button that lets you get to that tab. The only button to click to disable news stories for a single app will be the Top Stories button in that app (unless that app's news stories are disabled in its settings).

Please note that, when you have multiple apps with news feeds, there are two (2) icons for each app showing at the top of the screen. Each of these will open up a different app's news feed so you can change their order if you wish. Please also note that in order for you to see your own news stories on this screen then you have to have enabled your own news stories. So turn on news stories from settings->accounts->applications. Then look at the bottom, tap the switch icon for news and you will have news stories appearing in the app(s) on this screen. Note that your own news feed icon is just an arrow in the same spot as others for other people whose news stories are turned on from Android settings, or who are included in the list you click for news by your friends.

When you choose to see news stories from the main app then all sorts of different buttons and options may appear under the cover that opens when you press the home button to show the news screens. In that cover-up screen when all sorts of different buttons will appear. Pressing any of these buttons will take you to what you need so let's talk about those buttons:
