I'm wondering whether it is better to buy black maca over Ashwagandha.

I have read that the root is very high in energy and so is good for building the immune system. I was wondering whether Black maca is actually better than Ashwagandha?

I have used black maca and also the regular maca as a supplement for many years. I think both are equally good, but I prefer the regular maca as it doesn't have all the chemicals that I believe cause digestive problems from time to time.
