How do I enable AdBlock on Chrome?

I use Chrome a lot, and I like how it feels on the Mac.

But I'd prefer to just disable it in settings, instead of adding a chrome://flags flag in my profile to turn it on and off. How do I enable/disable ads and "bloatware" on chrome for Mac?
