How to find fqdn from IP address in cmd?

How to find device name using IP address?

You need to use the IP address to find the device name.

The device name is the path you have defined in the DHCP server on your switch. The path will be something like this:

Ethernet0/Ethernet1. If you don't have any other devices on your network, you can find the device by doing a traceroute to the device and following the path back to the DHCP server. Note that it's possible that the device name will be different depending on the manufacturer of the switch.
