How do I contact Aloha support?

I'm contacting Aloha Support on the following: My password isn't working properly.

I'm unable to access Aloha and I keep getting 'login denied' error messages We're not able to access our Aloha accounts. ? Visit the support section and select your country from the list at the top right of the page. From there, you'll be presented with a form to fill out. Use the 'Email Support' button at the bottom of the form.

To send an email with a question or other general enquiry, you can use the form. To request technical support, you can use the 'Email Support' button. It is recommended that you include as much information about your situation as you can to make it easier for our support team to work out how best to help you.

How can I get support on my account? If you are having trouble accessing your account, please note that the access to your account can be a little different depending on which service you are using. Aloha offers multiple services, including our app for Android and iOS users and our website and app for Windows and Mac users. If you are having trouble signing in to one of these services, click on your country's dropdown menu in the form above and select 'App and Website' from the menu. Then click on 'Forgot Your Password'. Once you have reset your password, you will be able to access your account.
