How do I enable Security tab in folder properties?

In windows 8.

1 I am able to change the security settings for a folder by clicking on the security tab. The icon that I have to click on is the arrow down to left of the security tab as shown in the image below.

But I am unable to change the security settings for a folder when I use the latest version of windows 10. I haven't tried this myself, but I believe that you can achieve this via File Explorer. Navigate to your folder and open the security tab. I think it is possible that this is no longer supported in Windows 10.

From the top menu bar: Control Panel > Clock, Language, Region and Region. Right click on the date time option and select settings. Afterwards, you can adjust the date, time and day, depending on what you prefer.
