How can I get Indian IP address for free with VPN?

I'm new here,so if this is a duplicate question please excuse me. I have searched for this question on google and it didn't help.

I want to know that is there any way to get free Indian IP address by using VPN? I have tried many VPN services but couldn't get free IP address from those. A VPN can not give you an Indian IP address, but it can route your traffic through servers in India. When you use a VPN you are connecting to a VPN server, which connects to your Internet Service Provider (ISP). The ISP may be located in India, but the connection between the server and the ISP is done over the internet.

The VPN server has the same IP address as your ISP, so when you are using a VPN server you can see your normal IP address, but you can only communicate with the ISP via the VPN server.

I plan to use a vpn service on my mobile device or laptop running Android and I'm planning to buy Indian server or maybe some one else's server. Can you suggest me a VPN service provider which offers Indian servers and free vpn download? As far as I know in India there are no dedicated IP blocks and we don't have access to the main networks so VPN connection is impossible unless you are connected to one of the big providers. You are also limited on your data usage.

But you can test it and see what is your current connection speed. Then choose a provider that matches your needs best and that is going to give you enough speed for your data usage.

I suggest OpenVPN. Its free open source software and has many users who support them. It works over UDP port 1194 (see here) so you need not worry about port forwarding.
