Why did I receive an 'invalid password' when trying to sign in? If you try to sign in with an incorrect password, you will receive a Bad Password error message. We will then confirm that the password is correct before you can access the Restrictions area. For help in resetting your password, please read Reset Password.
When signing out of Restrictions, you can only sign out of the iOS Apple ID that was used to create the restrictions.
