How do I setup a proxy IP address?

Right click on the wireless icon in the upper-left corner of the screen and select "Properties".

Click on the "Internet Options" tab. In the "Proxy Server" section, enter the IP address of the proxy server (usually it will be 10.1 or 10.2).

Make sure that "Use a proxy server for your LAN" is selected and click "OK". Click "Apply". Repeat steps 1 through 5 for every wireless device in your home. Your home network will now be directed to the proxy server at the specified IP address. The IP address of the proxy server is usually different from the IP address of your router. However, for some reason the router's IP address is set as the proxy server.

If you are using an ADSL modem or DSL router, be sure to set the IP address of the ADSL modem as the proxy server instead of the IP address of the router. If you cannot access a website for any reason, please call the ISP tech support number and let them know. The best solution is to contact your Internet Service Provider to get the information you need.

My last post about free proxies was here and I also mentioned my favorite free proxy is it has thousands of different types of free proxy servers.

so I am going to make this post about the best free proxy for me and you.

First of all, FAProxy.org is just a good and easy way to use many different free proxy server at once. They have their own custom proxy client application which you can use to control and use the proxy servers by yourself.

The client application allows you to choose different settings for each type of free proxy server (different protocol, port and so on). Just right click on the proxy button and select the settings you want, just like I did in the video tutorial above.

You can also run your own free proxy server on the same computer as the client application. So I suggest you first run the proxy server on your own computer and then use the client application on your computer to control and use the proxy server, that's much more powerful.

So far FAProxy.org is my favorite free proxy and most used by my computer. My favorite free proxy is so we will start our discussion by looking into its features.

I don't have any problem finding this type of free proxy. For each type of free proxy I will be adding the video tutorial with step by step guide, so you should not worry about using any free proxy at all.

How to use Free Proxy. When you first open up FAProxy you need to find out what type of free proxy you want to use. Each type of free proxy has it's own separate interface. If you can't figure out what kind of free proxy to use, just skip this section for now and come back to it later.

After you choose the free proxy you want to use, it will ask you to choose a username and a password, just like most free proxy server you can see in youtube videos. When you are done selecting your free proxy you can click on Start now button.

FAProxy automatically starts your selected free proxy with the settings you choosed. All free proxy servers are designed for you to use, they are all very friendly and easy to use.
