How do I cancel all my Yahoo email subscriptions?

I use Yahoo mail and I only get spam, nothing else.

I have multiple accounts and am trying to unsubscribe from all of them. How do I go about doing that? There is no way for me to "unsubscribe" from them. The spam filter is very good and catches 99% of spam. But I still receive these annoying emails every day. I would like to unsubscribe from them all and stop getting any of their emails in the future.

Go into your Yahoo Mail Settings and turn on Spam Checking. Make sure that your Mailbox is set to 'On'. Click 'All' at the bottom of the page and select 'Unsubscribe'. Then click OK. This should send an email to your spam inbox letting you know that you are unsubscribed from that Yahoo Mail account. It may take 24-48 hours for your subscription to be purged.

I didn't even think I needed to look at my mail in Yahoo.

I just set up my account and was done with it. After all, the company promises me security of my private information. Then I looked in one of my folders and see an invitation to a Yahoo Live Event. Now I would have to check out to find out about this event, so I looked and look and couldn't find a button to show me the invitations from this group. (Yes, there are some email threads on the Yahoo groups, but most of them are from the moderator.)

So where is the option to see all of my subscriptions? Update. Apparently, this was caused by a new Yahoo search feature that filters out emails you are not interested in. To see your subscription email (and to see all of them in general) check out the Subscriptions tab on your profile (the one in the bottom right corner).
