How do I reset Safari on Mac Catalina?
I'm a new Apple user and am frustrated. After running up to Safari to discover it's not loading and I have a blue "broken bundle" image with an X sign in the upper right corner of my screen.
There are no error messages from Safari on any of my websites or anything like that. You can reset Safari using these steps: Open Finder, and go to: ~/Library/Application Support/Apple/Safari/. You will see the following folder: ~/Library/Application Support/Apple/Safari//Profiles/. Within this folder you will find folders for each Safari user profile on your computer. Within each of these folders is the corresponding data folder. From here you will need to move all of the files, directories, and folders from the Profiles folder into the original/default User folder.

How do I get my Safari back to normal?
A few years ago, a security company I worked for contacted me to discuss some concerns they had with their site.
We were able to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Since then, I've never seen a bug on the site that I couldn't get fixed.
I started my own site recently and after testing everything with my friend's ISP, realized that we have the exact same problem. Recently I did some work on this website, which introduced the bug, but I'm not sure what caused it or how to remove it. Below are the steps that I took and the results.
How to remove the bug. I can't see anything wrong with the code on the site (except for that ugly blue thing at the bottom of the page) but the bug persists. Here's how I fixed it. STEP 1. I used F12 on the page and found a link from google, so I opened that link. It took me to another page and in the address bar, there was an underscore before the www subdomain. You could probably also do a search and find the domain that the un-subdomain is on.
I then googled the web address and noticed that there were a lot of links back to my site. This made me realize that I'm screwed. If anyone types my site into Google, they are going to end up at my site.
Then, I changed my DNS settings to something that will point the domains to my IP address and to my company's own DNS servers. Now, all of my domains are pointing to our own servers. The main domain is pointed to: This is the only thing I'm not 100% sure of. I assume I can change it back if I want to.
If you want to take these steps yourself: Click the "Network" button at the top of your browser and make sure that your connection type is selected to "Cordova": After you change your connection type to Cordova, try restarting your computer or browser. I can't access any type of admin control on the site, including the site's DNS settings.
