When I purchased Hotspot Shield premium, after it had completed the installation process, it asked me to reboot the computer.

Immediately upon rebooting, I was presented with an error message indicating that my operating system was not capable of connecting to the internet with a VPN. This means, for now, I am back to square one in terms of how I can access my office internet connection. What exactly does this error message indicate?

The message seems to suggest that the Hotspot Shield VPN premium is not compatible with the version of the system software that is currently on my laptop. It will have to be upgraded.

It's quite irritating that I have been trying to obtain access to the internet for days on end, and every time I click on the VPN icon it says the hotspot shield is not compatible with my operating system. It takes only a few seconds to enter the URL address into my browser. No need to be connected all the time. Can't wait for this product to update itself with the next release.

Hotspot Shield isn't working for me, I got the following message: I have tried many times before to install it. The installer just freezes, nothing happens. So I uninstalled it, deleted all settings etc. Still does nothing. I am using an i5, 16GB of RAM, a MacBookPro, OSX Yosemite, but yet nothing! I tried to install manually and it tells me that there is no connection. I am getting very disappointed. Any ideas?

Not sure what to do as I have tried installing it on three machines now and it doesnt work on any of them, all have same issue with mac OSX 10.8.2 and no internet connectivity. The instructions tell you to create a hotspot with a static ip, which we can't do on our mac, so we cannot get to the connection manager screen.
