How do I fix network administrator restrictions on YouTube?
Hi!
I am the Director of Communications for my company, and we have a YouTube channel. However, we are having trouble getting on YouTube because we have to have "network administrators" and "network admin permissions" or something similar in our network. We also cannot edit our own videos on our account. How do I fix this?
We are trying to go live this month but we just keep getting errors. Is it possible that we will be ready this month if we just get a simple answer? All replies. Your best bet would be to use one of the workarounds outlined in this article. If that doesn't work, contact your YouTube support team.
As long as the problem was caused by the same company that is not working on a similar project for another company (the workaround solution won't work), they might be able to answer more directly. However, it's tough for them to tell without being able to see the project.
The problem is with the website you're trying to use? If so, can you upload the video directly to your YouTube channel and then upload it to your website at the same time? If not, then there's a problem with your website that the site doesn't have the right permissions to upload to the account. That's definitely what the problem is. We used to be able to upload to youtube no problem, but all of a sudden we can't. It works on our computer but not our phones or other computers. We know the password and everything is correct. We just had it taken care of by someone at the company and now we are getting the error again.
I don't have this problem. Maybe it's due to some reason we don't know about.
When uploading to your website, are you doing it on a different browser from the one that YouTube is using? How did they take care of the problem?
How do I unblock a website on YouTube?
How can I get blocked from a site that my ISP has blocked in the United States?
What will happen if I unblock a site on YouTube? Will someone complain about me unblocking a site?
The term "unblock" is often used with the context that you have to "make your computer accept" some kind of software that you need to use. This software is usually an application to help you do something specific.
Some websites are blocked on most of the internet. YouTube is one of them.
As mentioned above, the website is blocked because of being "blocked by your internet provider." A person who wants to block something thinks the term "unblock" has something to do with using an application.
However, this isn't true at all. We simply use a new word instead of "unblock". In reality, this doesn't matter at all, especially if we don't talk about the technical differences.
How do I unblock a website? There are two types of ways to unblock a site on youtube: one way is to change your internet service provider, the other way is to change your modem. You can unblock a website just by changing the DNS (Domain Name Server) name of the website. You can refer to our guide below to find out more about it.
Unblock Youtube by Changing the DNS Names of Youtube. For example, if you want to unblock youtube.com, you just need to input youtube.com in your DNS server. This DNS system was originally used for connecting websites to their servers.
There are two different ways to modify DNS settings: one way is to install a web browser extension. The other way is to modify the settings on the router. Below are two videos which explain the way to use the browser extension and the router. The third video explains how to change DNS in a desktop computer.
What's DNS? How do I use this? When a website gets blocked, the website doesn't actually go down. Since these messages are HTML codes, they can be easily modified.
The DNS (Domain Name System) is the system which gives the web address to each website and keeps information about it. In this system, DNS uses a list of entries to keep track of addresses of websites.
How do I unblock a website blocked by the network administrator?
My network administrator blocked a website I am using.
It is www.vk.com
How do I unblock it on the Internet? How do I unblock it on a VPN? Can I run a VPN for some sites and not another? I use HMA vpn to unblock these sites. I tried to use Tor, but since they are the same server, it still blocked. Should I wait until there is a change or try using another method like VPN?
1 Answer.
You have two choices: Either get a new network admin, or live with it and find some way to bypass the restriction yourself. Neither choice is really good.
Most VPNs will not work because it's not a specific IP (or at least, not necessarily one). If your new admin simply gives you the ban, the best you can do is try some other VPN that gives you the block removed.
In the absence of an alternate mechanism for getting it blocked, you're out of luck. You'll have to wait until they change their mind. Good luck!
If he/she wants me to unblock a page that is not a regular URL as I am using hma is that possible? Do you have a link to any VPN which might help? - Dhanu Feb 15 '15 at 9:55. I would say, yes, you can use Tor with HMA VPN to get around his/her ban. You will then have to choose whether you want to stay behind Tor's default proxy or have no such functionality.
Dhanu Apr 8 '15 at 18:47. @Dhanu: I'm using Tor as a primary VPN for my browsing, and I don't need that functionality with HMA VPN. nvdrkraeApr 8 '15 at 21:23. @nvdrkrae, sorry, that's what I meant, but I misread that and thought he/she wanted a VPN that actually worked with Tor. @Dhanu, I meant Tor is still using the same VPN endpoint, so when I switch Tor, it changes to the new VPN endpoint (this is only 1 of the 2 I tried - the other is fine).
