I have an adblocker on my laptop and my work desktop. When I am at my home computer I use the privacy setting.

I use ublock and umatrix on all of my devices. I have noticed that on occasion I see a new banner or a new font after changing my privacy settings. I also have a whitelist that I use to get rid of anything unwanted. I will try to remember to update my whitelist for your site.

I have used Adblock Plus on my laptop for years now, and on my work PC now too. I like it because it's the only one that really works. It's not perfect but I can live with it. The ads are still there if you want to see them. There are more than enough places on the net to see them, no need to block out the good ones.

I haven't had any problems with ads except for a couple of times when they were in the way and moved. I don't use an ad-blocker - I like seeing the ads. And most of them are OK - not really intrusive and the message is usually short. I even like the Google "Donate" ads - nice.

I use Adblocker Plus (not on my home pc) and NoScript (on every pc). The ads on my home pc are never a problem - I've never had an ad that I found objectionable. I don't use NoScript on my work pc (and never use any script-hosting sites), so I have no idea whether those ads would be a problem on that pc or not.
