What is the best movie of all time PG-13?

What is PG-13 on Netflix?

The MPAA has a rating system for movies. That system is very complicated and confusing, so I'll try to explain it in a simple way. The MPAA ratings are as follows:

PG: Parental guidance suggested. PG-13: Parents Strongly Cautioned. R: Restricted. NC-17: No Children Under 17 Recommended. Mature: Adolescents Only. AO (Adult Only): Adult Material Only. Adults Only. The MPAA rating system doesn't work. It is confusing and doesn't work.

I have a better idea than the MPAA ratings. It's simple: All movies are PG-13. All movies are rated R. All movies are rated NC-17. All movies are rated AO (Adult Only). All movies are rated 18. All movies are rated Mature. All movies are rated PG-13. All movies are rated AO (Adult Only).

This way, no one is confused. The ratings only apply to the movies themselves, not the content. The content of a movie is not rated by any body, so the content can be rated PG, PG-13, NC-17, AO, or 18.

I want to talk about a few movies that Netflix has available with PG-13 ratings. In this article, I'll tell you what the ratings mean and what you need to know.

1) The Boss Baby. Netflix Rating: PG-13. This was the only PG-13 rated movie on Netflix for a while. It's a movie based off a character from Despicable Me. That was great because it had a lot of family friendly jokes. The film tells the story of a baby who becomes a boss. It's pretty good.

What You Need to Know: This is a movie that will make you laugh. It is not a movie that would get you all emotional. You should be ok with the PG-13 rating.

What is the best movie of all time PG-13?

You could ask someone the question and get ten answers, but all those answers would be wrong.

This is the wrong question to ask, for two reasons.

(1) It's not really a movie. It's a book. A short book. I'm sorry, but that really isn't enough of an experience to give you some definitive, absolute answer.

(2) Even if there was a movie to compare to, it still wouldn't be a movie. I'm just as interested in seeing what you think about the movies to come after 2025 (I'll see it first hand myself).

I realize that people are not going to agree with me and argue the point, but I'd like to hear your opinions. So. What is the best movie of all time? If there is such a thing as "the best" film then it is one that you believe has the greatest artistic merits, and the best story and characters. There may be many other factors that have a great influence on your opinion, but this is just a starting point. If you believe there is such a thing as "the best" film then for you it's gotta be Gone With The Wind.

If you don't agree, fine. That's your opinion. But don't try to tell me that the best movie of all time is.(just fill in the blank.) You have to agree that a lot of films out there have incredible achievements, but only a few rise above those achievements and become the "best". If you can't list one name or just pick one random movie you've never seen, then that movie is "the best". If you're not up for making a case as to why it is "the best" then maybe you're right.

Just my opinion, of course. And I think most would agree that it was a great book with fantastic characters, though I'd have to agree with "No Country For Old Men". I love "The Shining" and thought "Psycho" was quite good, but I'd say "Gone With The Wind" is the best.

I think the most important thing for a movie to accomplish is to tell a complete story, and not just set things up, let them develop over time and then cut to the end when the final story is told.

Can a 10 year old watch a PG-13 movie without a parent?

My friends son is turning 10 next week and he has a really good idea of what is right and what is wrong.

He is old enough to understand the concept of "what is" and "what should be" and he is old enough to have an opinion on it, yet he is not allowed to watch PG-13 movies by himself without a parent, which I find very strange.

My question is, ? Or does this age bracket have some other rules that I am not aware of? I know that there are some "child safe" films out there, but what about a family film, like the Toy Story series? He has seen those as many times as he has seen any PG-13 movies. He does not get his information from the TV. The only thing he watches is youtube. He uses his iPhone to look up videos and then plays them on his tablet. So, when I ask him if he wants to watch something, he knows the rating and what type of content it has.

He is allowed to watch anything that does not have any swearing, violence or nudity. He is also allowed to watch movies that are rated R without a parent.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this issue. My son is young enough to know right from wrong but still young enough to want to do things for himself. I guess I was just wondering what your thoughts were.

I know what you mean. My daughter is turning 11 next week and she is allowed to watch PG-13 movies by herself. She just turned 8 when I started this rule so I don't think she is old enough to understand the content of the movie.

We will be watching the new Batman movie on Monday night, it will be PG-13, and she will be allowed to watch it by herself. I'm not sure why you're having trouble getting the "child safe" stuff onto your site. It's pretty easy to figure out what movies are safe for children and what aren't, but you probably have to click on the "PG-13" link under each movie's description.

I'd say this is a gray area for the ages. At 8, she's definitely old enough to watch a PG-13 movie by herself.
