What is the 3 oldest Disney movie?
I have always been a huge disney fan growing up watching every disney film and reading every disney book.
The company has given me so much joy and I find it so interesting that the first "talking" film was not made by Disney, but Universal. I love them all and the list can grow so what is the 3 oldest movies? And if they aren't number 1 & 2 why not?
If you are asking for movies by Disney, then the top three include: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Peter Pan. Mary Poppins. If you are asking for the oldest movies by Disney, I don't know if you would consider anything to be ancient, as Disney movies are pretty new. The earliest Mickey Mouse movie is The Three Caballeros (1944), and the earliest animated feature of any kind is Dumbo (1941). The earliest Mickey Mouse movie is The Three Caballeros (1944), and the earliest animated feature of any kind is Dumbo (1941).
So your 3 top are the same top 3's of my 3 oldies which I posted above? Wow! Not sure how those three come up when I typed out that post, did you do it? Well anyways the oldest Disney movie I could find on Wikipedia is the first Mickey Mouse cartoon, Plane Crazy, which was released in 1928. So maybe that's my list! Oh and what I was going to say too was that the first Snow White movie was the first talking (of course) and is 1937! I love going to a show at the Hollywood Bowl and listening to their music and there are 2 Disney titles in the program.so I'm not surprised at all!
What is Disney's 53th animated movie?
Disney's 53rd animated feature, Wreck-It Ralph (out September 29), is a prequel to the beloved film franchise, 2024's Wreck-It Ralph. The film features several old-school characters from the Wreck-It Ralph video game -- Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly), Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Sarah Silverman), and King Candy (voice of Ed Helms) -- but the story is set years before the video game characters ever appeared. In this film, the trio travel to Sugar Rush, a candy land where every day brings a new challenge for Ralph and Vanellope to conquer in an effort to win back their lost princess. In Wreck-It Ralph, we get our first glimpse of Ralph's nemesis, the Fix-It Felix (voice of Jack McBrayer), and also meet his alter ego, the racer Fix-It Felix Jr. (voice of Jack McBrayer), What else do we know about the Wreck-It Ralph prequel? Here's everything you need to know before the release.
Reilly (Ralph) and Jack McBrayer (Fix-It Felix) were both part of a very memorable scene. In Wreck-It Ralph, as Ralph and his sidekick, Vanellope, enter Sugar Rush in search of a princess to win back, King Candy gives them an assignment: find out why the Candy Kingdom is ending candy production. While the duo heads out on their quest, Vanellope finds a secret room filled with old arcade games. She starts to play one and the old Mr. Suitcase makes an appearance. As the villainous Mr. Suitcase, Reilly did an impression of actor John Wayne. Vanellope plays the game and becomes so immersed that she doesn't realize that she's been transported to Sugar Rush. She wakes up as a candy mechanic who goes by the name Fix-It Felix, just as the Fix-It Felix in Wreck-It Ralph is a racing champion. The Fix-It Felix in the arcade game is a racing champ too. His name is Fix-It Ralph.
The film's title comes from Ralph. After Ralph and Vanellope's mission ends, they try to return to the real world, but their adventures take them to Sugar Rush, the home of King Candy.

What is the most successful Disney animation?
This isn't to be confused with the list of greatest Disney movies, as that's a different debate, which I'd argue for a few films.
But in Disney animation, at least in the 80s-90s, how do they compare to their live action counterparts in quality and success? What are some of their more critically acclaimed (and, in this case, financially successful) titles? In an effort to find some answers, I turned to the Wikipedia page on classic Disney animated works.
So, without further adieu, here's the list: 1) Pinocchio - A 1940 film featuring the voices of Jiminy Cricket and Mr. Fox as well as the famous Geppetto soundtrack is credited with starting a revolution in filmmaking that led to the development of the studio, Walt Disney Productions.
2) Fantasia - Another 1940, and animated film combining music and film elements to create a cohesive narrative, was a big influence to later Disney releases. 3) 101 Dalmations - Released in 1961, made over 1 million dollars in North America and won several Emmys for "Best Music Composition," including one for "Thrill of it All" in a tie vote, along with the Best Song in both "Old Macdonald" and "A Horse With No Name" categories. 4) The Rescuers - Made in 1985, an adventure about two human baby-rescuers sent into a flooded town of anthropomorphs. This is another title with several award wins, notably for Best Music, Best Song (the title), and Best Song from a Computer Animated Feature, all three with The Lion King. And also received two Academy Award nominations in the following categories: Best Song, Best Original Song, and Best Original Score. As well as another Best Animation nomination.
5) The Little Mermaid - A 1989 Disney film, which received a Golden Globe Award for Best Score. Also, a BAFTA award for Best Sound, and Best Music in a British Film, as well as the ASCAP Award for Best Song in the Film category.
