Is the Citi Custom cash card the same as the regular Citi Cash card? I'm planning on buying one of these () with my gift cards, does it say "Cash advance" on it? How easy is it to get or do I have to pay interest? Re: ? I bought a Citigroup credit card and all they did was slap a Citigroup name on it.
