Why is VPN not working on Netflix anymore?

My Netflix worked fine till just now. I have been using VPN on and off for over a year. Today when I turned it on I got a message saying "VPN connection needed to connect to Netflix. Please connect to the VPN now." I clicked "ok" and when I went on Netflix, it said the same thing. When I click to go on it again, I get a message that says "Access Not Configured". What happened? When I heard there was a problem with VPN I thought it was best to uninstall and reinstall my VPN thingy. I did that and I still can't watch Netflix. All the people on Twitter are asking why they want to watch Netflix and they don't want to see commercials. What would you do? Did Unix make anti-virus software?

The Netflix site is a big place! I am not familiar with the site, but I assume this is a technical issue. I would suggest that if this problem still exists in a few weeks, you call customer service and ask for technical assistance, where the best thing to do is explain the issue to them and they will either help you fix it, or tell you that it is a technical issue that can't be fixed.

I actually went to netflix.com for their instructions on how to fix their problem and found the instructions I needed to go back home to fix the problem. I went there and somebody was working with me on it. I think they said they would stop working on it because they did not have enough time. I do not know if they fixed the problem for me. We may have to look up how to fix it ourselves. I am determined to fix it. When something messes up, it messes up until it is fixed.
