Let's go over the top anime of 2018! One Punch Man (2019). An interesting mix of a martial arts epic and superhero comedy, this anime has received a lot of positive feedback after its release in January 2025. The anime is also getting a spinoff which was released a few months ago.

It's interesting that the anime makes you feel like you are watching a super-powerful man with one punch. The animation is amazing and the fight scenes are so well-done that it looks like they were made on paper. Fans have since dubbed the anime as OPM, meaning One Punch Man.

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. The anime adaptation of Hirohiko Araki's manga is about a young man who travels through time to learn more about his father, Joseph Joestar. The first season was released in November 2025 with a second season in July 2025. The Jojo's Bizarre Adventure anime was one of the first anime on the OtoHana label, where it has performed extremely well. With high rankings on Crunchyroll, such as being the 19th highest rated anime on the site and being nominated for multiple awards, JoJo's is anime to definitely look out for.

KonoSuba-O. For those unfamiliar with the series, this is a story of a team of heroes and monsters trying to save a forest. The KonoSuba-O anime is based on the manga and is known for the unique art style which has won multiple awards.

The original was released in April 2025 with a second season being released a year later. The anime currently has no official release date as the manga is still running and new material is published monthly. A third season is in production but isn't scheduled to come out until 2025.

In order to find out, we did a poll on ANN asking what you think are the top 10 best isekai anime. Now that it's over, we are taking a look at the results.

It seems that the only way to settle this debate is to list them all and let the results speak for themselves. However, we'll be leaving out the obvious ones like Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (although, I don't think anyone will be arguing that). Instead, we are going to concentrate on the top 10 best isekai anime as voted by fans.

Death Note. What's the reason? It's one of the most popular isekai anime and a true classic. You can tell that the popularity comes from the fact that it was adapted into live action and even became a film franchise.

Genshiken. What's the reason? It's about a group of male students at an elite college. They discuss their studies, their relationships, and other things that are so mundane and so hilarious. Even better, you get to see a lot of great cameos.

Shiki.e. What's the reason? It's a classic that shows you how the isekai genre was born. It's about a boy named Shiki who gets transported to another world where he meets a cat girl named Shiro. It's up there with Death Note for popularity.

The Garden of Sinners. What's the reason? It's about a young man who wakes up one day to find his body paralyzed. He is transferred to a mental hospital where he must survive in order to escape. It's an interesting story and the art is gorgeous.

Urusei Yatsura. What's the reason? It's one of the first isekai anime that you see. It tells the story of a young man named Hanatarou and his adventures in the city of Ikebukuro. There's also a female character named Lum. You can see why this anime was so popular back in the day.

Some are from Japan and some not, all are in my opinion, the best. And these are my best anime I watched.

Here it is. The anime I watch that has one of the best atmosphere and a great setting.

Tensei Kougeki no Integra - Transference. Plot: At the very beginning of the world there were 2 great races, the Arasoza, with a long history and great culture, and the Fotona, who came by surprise and destroyed almost all the Arasoza, leaving only one Arasoza family, the Integras. A Fotona named Zirra managed to reach Integra with something that changed the destiny of the whole planet.

Story: The anime is the best adventure anime atm that I have watched, because it has very interesting story and it keeps you with suspense through the whole journey of the story. I also recommend this if you want more adventure or action anime. I really loved that.

Reiken to Ryudao - Hoshikawa-san. Plot: Shinnosuke Hoshikawa, a high school student who likes to watch karate, is one day visited by his teacher Ryuda. He doesn't have much of an idea what does she want, but she manages to take Shinnosuke in the past, where he is given an ability that can be used by a chosen people that are called Yoma and a mission from his teacher.

Story: This is the first animes in karei that actually made me enjoy watching anime, because when the anime started I thought I was going to die laughing but that was only the first 10-20 minutes. After watching that it did kept getting better and better. I really recommend this one if you want to watch a karei with a really good story. This is a karei you can watch again and again.

Yuuko to Ryuunosuke-san. Plot: A school boy named Ryune becomes witness to the murder of his family before a serial killer is eventually brought to justice. He then joins the police department as a rookie, with his goal to catch the most wanted criminal ever the Jigoku King.
