How much do MTG proxies cost?

Hello fellow MTG users!

I haven't been on here in a while, but today I had an idea to do a series of surveys, which would ask how much it costs to do various MTG proxies. If you have had one, please let me know how much it costed and how many pieces it took. If you have not done one, will you buy or do a few?

I am not sure what to think about the results, but since I started making one, they are not so expensive. I have a set of 10, which is going for 3 euro, but all of those came from a local card trader who does them on the side, so he is still getting paid while I make profit off them. If it takes too long, it will be a full time job. There is also a lot of time investment into these, as I need to go to the city (about 25 km away) and meet up with my friend, who will drive us to the card trader. This is more if I need a lot of proxies, as I need to send him something like 50 euros worth, with 5-6 different pieces per day. We will be making a set of 10 next week, just with a different card.

EDIT: We are doing this to test that proxies can be ordered for cheap! That's why we made a set of 10! (We made 50 cards and are about to make another 30). So, in short, a fulltime job won't make me any more money than buying a box and trying to make a set! @francoir, did you ever have a problem with it crashing, losing a whole load of work? We were also interested in the cost factor, when using proxies. If it was cheap enough, we would really like to buy a lot of copies of one rare, make a set, then sell for profit. As you say, it has taken too long already and we're not going to wait another year. What is your opinion on the matter? (If you do not want to answer, it's ok, thank you)

Hello! It does a good job, though some cards are hard to get.

Where to get good proxies on Reddit?

I read many different types of proxies on Reddit, I have a lot of questions.

Is there any good webmaster resources on where I can get the best proxies? I'd like to find some good webmaster resources that are similar to the "proxies" that I see in reddit that help the site rank better. I know some of the main proxies that people use are

A few proxies that I use myself: - I don't have access to their database, but I check my IP occasionally to make sure I'm getting good proxies for my IP. - A good list, and has even free proxies. - This one doesn't seem to have very good results (it's not as good as Proxifier).

Do MTG proxies look real?

MTG Arena is set to release proxies for the newest set, Dominaria.

Players will soon be able to create proxies for Dominaria in the MTG Arena client. These can then be used to add Dominaria cards to any card collection. Is the game set to add a premium proxy service?

The short answer is no. This information comes from a private discussion on the MTG Arena forums. The developer has said that it is not planning on implementing a premium proxy service. It's important to note that this is in reference to a proposed premium proxy service. They've never said it is going to be included in MTG Arena.

If you'd like to read the full thread, click here. The last time we talked about proxies in MTG Arena, it was in reference to the latest set, Journey into Nyx. In that post, we discussed the pros and cons of using proxies and how it affected the game's economy. Now that MTG Arena is set to add Dominaria cards to collections, I think it is worth revisiting the topic.

Pros. Using proxies allows you to play a card at a low rarity even if it is restricted or banned. A player can use a proxy to play a card and have that card benefit from the proxy's rarity.

With a proxy you can still play an expensive card that you can't normally play. You can play it without breaking any rules.

Using proxies makes it more likely that your deck will have an optimal power level. Cards that are too powerful in your deck may get destroyed when you use them. Using proxies allows you to change your deck to your liking.

Cons. Using proxies can give a bad reputation to a player. Using proxies can be a bad business decision for a company. Using proxies can hurt your wallet. How can proxies hurt your wallet? It depends on how much you pay for them.50 for each proxy you use, then it could cost you money. If you pay less than that amount, then you won't have to pay anything extra.

Using proxies can allow players to cheat in MTG Arena.

Are MTG proxies illegal?

TL;DR: No, but they should be safe if you follow best practices and understand how they work.

If you don't know how they work or if you want to do it safely, get help from someone who does.

In this article we'll dive into the legality of using proxies (aka bot services) in Magic. The answer is simple: no, but it shouldn't be a problem if you use them safely.

Before we get into the nitty-gritty details of proxies, let's first explain what they are. Proxies are services that run multiple accounts on your behalf. There are three different kinds of proxies, each of which has different strengths and weaknesses.

What's in a proxy? The basic idea is that the proxy will run your accounts for you. They'll do all the legwork: they'll buy cards, draft them, win them, queue for events, etc. All you have to do is provide it with a token so it can see what you bought and what you did. It's a service to make you more efficient at Magic. And yes, there are lots of proxies available for Magic Online.

Why would I use a proxy? Sometimes, having a lot of time to spend on Magic is nice. Sometimes, it's not. Maybe you're very social but just want to play Magic a couple times a week. Maybe you just got a job where you're too busy to spend as much time on Magic. Maybe you're in a relationship where you need to prioritize other things over Magic.

Proxies are great for all of these situations because they can help you prioritize what's important in your life. As you spend less time playing Magic, proxies will do all the work for you. It's almost like you're playing for free. Proxies don't come with any additional card costs. You still have to pay for your own entry fees, event tickets, etc. But as long as your proxy runs the accounts, you don't need to think about whether or not you bought it.

Is it illegal to use proxies? There is no current law that says you can't use proxies.
