How do I log into CyberGhost?

Can you cancel CyberGhost anytime?

CyberGhost may allow people to cancel their licenses at any time but the company may be more lenient about refunds after your first license.

So, if you don't feel satisfied within the first month, reach out to support@cybergu.in and request a refund. The company has said to give at least 60 days for a refund.

Can you remove or block ads without a refund? In our experience, after the standard package is used, the additional paid features get added. You can either keep using them and see how it goes. Or, cancel subscription and ask for a refund.

Can you try or buy a standalone VPN for free? You may try the VPN and cancel your subscription only when you get comfortable with it or use it for a long duration of time. Again, contact customer support team and check. It might turn out that your trial is free of cost but you need to pay when you get a permanent license.

I tried and use CyberGhost as my primary VPN. What should I do now? If you are using a different subscription, use that for a while and if you are happy about it, switch back to primary one. Otherwise, reach out to the Customer Service team and if it doesn't work, you can request a refund. You can even claim for a new or fresh subscription if you believe one better than the old one.

Can you transfer the license from another device? If your subscription does not include transferring the license on an additional device, you will need to pay extra or reinstall on that device.

How trustworthy is CyberGhost?

How safe and stable is CyberGhost v4.

5.13.9 (or any other version)? I've been a regular using it for years now, but it doesn't have the features that i'm used to, and I don't like using a browser extension. I'm considering using BitTorrent in combination with that, but I wonder what other people think about using an entirely different type of application. How is their safety compared to the average Internet connection at its best? I've heard bad things about Opera and about Google's browser as well.

I've been thinking about using a VPN but I want to know if there are any security vulnerabilities or anything that I should look out for. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance Update #1: Yes, I was aware of the fact that it is a browser extension, but they're saying I can download the program from their website. So, I don't see how it is vulnerable to security risk, but, yeah, it does sound risky. I guess they want to make sure that no one can steal my info or whatever. However, it's not on Windows 8.

Update #2: Well, even after the virus issue, I've been having connection problems, and then, it turns out that I didn't even connect through any VPN or whatever. It was simply because the server wasn't working anymore. So, I have been looking into options to bypass this problem, and I thought I'd ask on forums like this before I started. It is nice to hear that other people have these kind of issues. I didn't see any solution other than downloading something else. Thank you very much!
Update #3: Yes, I was aware of the fact that they are just antivirus and anti-fraud software. But, I feel uncomfortable using them. I've already been getting viruses every once in a while and they always seem to come from their own website. I don't know, maybe i'm being paranoid, but it seems the safest bet is to download nothing on questionable websites. If there is a problem, at least it won't be due to them. This is just my opinion though.

Update #4: It looks like BitTorrent is more popular nowadays.

Why can't I access CyberGhost?

What do I need to do to view CyberGhost and use the proxy services?

I cannot access them from a new browser that I just installed, and it's driving me crazy. I have the latest version of Firefox and Safari.

I'm going to set this up on my old computer and try it out - I have no reason not to. Please help! Thank you. I am running Mac OSX 10.10 and my latest version of Firefox is 55. I installed Firefox 52, but it says "Internet Explorer is recommended" and to "update to the latest version".

If I can just get CyberGhost to work for a day or two on my new machine, then I will know that I'll be able to use it when I travel - maybe for a month or so. My other machine has been running perfectly for years, without any problems with Internet access. CyberGhost seems to be working fine on the older computer, so I'm happy about that. But on the new computer? It's driving me crazy! I've tried using Firefox on my new computer, and I can use CyberGhost, but it's still a bit glitchy (ie, very slow). How do you mean that your browsing speed is sluggish? When I do things like search through my history and send some emails, it's fine. The problem seems to be more when I'm watching a video or reading a webpage.

I don't know about Firefox on your mac, but when you are at work or otherwise connected to a wi-fi network, that would explain why your internet connection isn't working and why you are having problems connecting to the CyberGhost website. Do you have any way of accessing the internet with your new computer?
