
How do I log into my IPVanish VPN?
Go to the IPVanish mobile app or IPVanish desktop app.
Tap the log in button to create an account if you do not already have one. Tap the log in button and enter your usernames and passwords to log into the app. Once you're signed in, you can begin to set up your connection and add the devices you wish to connect. Log into My Account. Navigate to the My Account section and select Manage. Select Log In. Enter your username and password and then tap Log In. If you're using IPVanish for your VPN service, you cancel your subscription by navigating to our VPN page in your web browser and clicking on the Cancel link. After doing this, you'll be prompted to confirm the deletion of your account. To remove IPVanish from your web browser and delete your account, click on the Delete button in the confirmation window. You can then be redirected to our Your accounts page, where you'll be able to view and manage all of the other subscriptions and services that you've subscribed to.
We currently support three ways in which you can change your subscription: We will send you an email if we receive an automated notice from IPVanish or from one of our trusted partners on your behalf. If we detect an active VPN session from your device, we may try and terminate your subscription automatically if we are given reasonable permission to do so. You can't log in because your browser is redirecting you. Change your browser's settings and be sure that you accept cookies.
This is likely the case if you're using Internet Explorer as your default browser. You can change the default browser by going to your system's Control Panel and selecting the Default Programs tab. Click on "Set Your Default Programs." button at the bottom and select Internet Explorer from the dropdown.

You may be required to enter your e-mail address and other information before you can log in. The reason you might need to do this is because you registered your account from a computer that had Internet Explorer as its default browser. Internet Explorer sometimes causes this issue.

How do I change my IPVanish VPN password?
For your security, IPVanish VPN does not allow you to retrieve your current password via email.
Instead, we have provided the following instructions for changing your IPVanish VPN account password.
Go to your Settings > Account and scroll down to the Reset Password section. In the box to the right of the word "Password" write in your new password, then click on the "Reset" button. After successfully resetting your password, make sure to re-enable access to the IPVanish website using your new password.
