How do I give Netflix permission to screen mirror?

How do I give Netflix permission to screen mirror?

I have a Samsung S4.

It was working just fine until a couple of days ago. When I put Netflix on, it asks for permission to screen mirror. I accepted. Now I can't log in to Netflix or view anything. I did the "Netflix troubleshooter" and that didn't fix it. I'm at a loss. ?

I do not see any "screen mirror" option. It does not appear in my list of apps and when I click on it, it does not show up as an option. I can view Netflix in the browser, but I can't get into the app.

Hello! Sorry, I can't help you with your problem. I don't use Netflix on my phone so I'm not sure what options are available on the Netflix app for you to select. Do you see a "Screen Mirror" option?

Hi! Sorry, I don't know what you're talking about. What's the problem? What version of Android are you running? What's the version of Netflix you're using? Hi, thanks for your reply! I'm using an app called Android Box which is a VPN that allows me to connect to Netflix without the restrictions. This is what it looks like when I log into Netflix: If you are trying to use an app which has been downloaded from the Play Store, then you will need to enter your Google account to authorize that app. If you are trying to use an app which was not downloaded from the Play Store, then you need to go to the settings in your device and follow the instructions there.

Why can't I screen mirror Netflix to my TV?

My laptop screen has a very high refresh rate that is not supported by Netflix on a TV.

It works on my big monitor, but as soon as I go to the smaller tv-sized one, the quality is terrible. I had a 4k computer screen before that wasn't an issue. I can get 1080p streaming but just not the quality of the movies that are streamed when connected to the laptop. Any ideas on how to correct this?

I'm assuming you've tried updating or refreshing your drivers. You may need the right driver or you might not be able to upgrade from the drivers for that model and you may be forced to use more generic ones. I can't find any info about your specific model. Maybe someone else on this site knows?
That's actually something that I'm curious about because this same thing happens on two different laptops. It's not like my old 4K tv is just not supporting it, because I have a 1080p television I can't go up to 4K. What is my next best solution to have high quality Netflix streaming? Also, where can I find that sort of information regarding this particular laptop and what drivers I need to get it working properly? EDIT: I found a guide with how to install the AMD driver for linux. Is that the correct driver I need for the laptop's graphics? I will give it a shot once I do more research about what's going wrong since the video cards aren't made by AMD anymore.

How do I bypass Netflix black screen sharing?

I have just purchased a Netflix subscription and I like the idea of it.

I was wondering how I can bypass the black screen on my Mac Mini 2.2ghz and OSX 10.8.4 with an HDMI port (my TV is too old to take full screen HD) .

The simplest way is to attach a second display to your Mac so that it appears fullscreen on the bigger display. Macs are usually configured as Multi-Display systems, you can simply right click on your Mac in the left hand pane of the Screen Sharing window, and under Shared Displays you'll find several existing windows from different applications which may work for your purposes. From there, you simply select the other display from the displays list above and the app should render the display fullscreen on the Mac's display (provided it's still connected).
