How to change YouTube account without changing Google Account?

I have created one YouTube account and I want to change the username of that account.

However, the Google account which I am using is associated with that YouTube account and so whenever I try to change the username on that YouTube account, it changes the Google account. Is there any way to change the YouTube account without changing the Google account?
