Is there an option for me to link my MLB.TV subscription to Amazon Prime? Well, it turns out there is, in fact, an option to link your MLB. To do this, head over to Amazon.com/mizclapp, sign in with the same Amazon.com account that you use on Amazon TV, and click the Manage My Subscription box.

Scroll all the way down the page and there should be an option that says I bought this from MLB.TV here, click yes! You now have the ability to link your MLB.TV subscription to your Amazon Prime account. When it comes time to stream baseball games, simply go to the Amazon site where you purchased your MLB.TV subscription, click log in at the top-right side of the page, sign in with your Amazon account, and your MLB.TV subscription will be ready and waiting.

The only thing to keep in mind is that Amazon says that MLB.TV subscriptions are non-transferable, so if you link your MLB.TV subscription to Amazon Prime, it will only work with that one specific subscription. So it might best to make a duplicate of the subscription rather than linking one to another Amazon account.

I had this same problem, so I gave up trying to figure it out. I switched over to the PC version, and now it works great on my Mac.

I just want to say that you need to make sure your iPad is set to the same region as your computer. There is a setting in the iPad settings that controls which region of the world you are in. If you are not using the same region as your computer, it will cause the same problem that you are having now.

IPad works fine with our MLB app, it was just set to the wrong region on the iPad for some reason. ? I have had the same issue. In fact, I had to call mlb and they sent me a new code to update my IPad. I hope it works for you.

I had the same issue, and the only solution was to update my account with my new Apple ID and password. Then everything worked fine again.
