How to recover Gmail password without phone number and recovery email?

I've been reading different articles and watching youtube videos on how to recover your Gmail password.

I read a couple of things about recovery email addresses and about phone numbers needed for the recovery, but didn't see anything about recovery from the last backup or recovery from another account, just a single password. I had one account back then and I made two backups that worked great. Now when I want to restore my old account I can't find those backups anywhere. Can anyone help me?

Thanks. PS: I thought about using a USB stick with the Google apps like you can with android, would that work too? And what does "email" mean? I don't have an email address on that account at the moment, unless it's an automatic generated email? Edit : Also I wonder, what happens if I use the recovery methods I used for that old account and try to restore the new account? Is that ok? First do not use "google apps" on a different account than your google acocunt. Using this method will put your original google account back in to the new account if it is disabled or has been locked.

Second: Recover by creating a new google acocunt. I can only give one recovery email address, but I recomend 2 that you keep seperate from each other to guard from others having your access to gmail/google docs. That being said your other gmail address will be the recover email.

I had a similiar problem, my friend reset his phone and it was all fine after that. But it wasn't that easy after that! He could not go back online and tried to use different email addresses (he uses google services) but it didn't seem to be any different. I don't know if it was possible to recover a deleted google account, but I'm assuming this would've worked just like it works on Android. I found no way of recovering the account on the phone, but I managed to get the password for the recovery email via email!

How would he use different emails because it doesn't even work when you don't use Google apps like youtube and such

Maybe I am missing something here, but how can a backup not be able to be retrieved? I know it makes sense because otherwise you're just giving someone else access to everything important to you.

Can I talk to someone at Google to recover my account?

If you have lost or forgotten your Google password, this article will show you how to recover your account using the same methods that Google use to protect our own accounts.

If you have found this page when you've lost your password, it's most likely because someone has attempted to reset your password using your account details. We know that your password is important to you, so we'll take the trouble to answer your questions as best we can, and help you regain access to your account.

How do I recover my account? We're very sorry to hear about this, and you should contact us straight away. If you didn't lose your password, there's a good chance that someone else did. It's important that you keep a close eye on your e-mail accounts, as well as social media accounts, and change your passwords as soon as you become aware that they've been compromised.

To recover your account, we're going to use a couple of different methods. The first one is if we can verify who you are, by referring to one of the other accounts linked to your Google account.

But, before we dive in, we need to address a couple of questions you might have. What happens to my Google account if I'm not logged in? This isn't an issue that we'd normally deal with. You probably won't notice any issues until your password has been reset.

However, if you've been locked out of your account for more than 48 hours, and you can't remember your password, then we'd advise you to reset it right away, so that we can re-enable your account. The second question we have to address is whether you're actually using that account right now. Are you already logged in to your account? Sometimes, you might notice that your Gmail inbox hasn't been populated with messages for a while. This is a common result of people locking themselves out of their accounts, and it's easy to understand why.

If you have lost your password, and you aren't currently logged in, your account won't be able to receive mail.
