I have been using the Private Internet Access for over a year now and it is still running flawlessly. The service is fast, it has an acceptable feature set and it is very affordable.

I have never had any connection issues or dropped connections so far and it is the only VPN service that I have ever used. It has never asked me for a credit card to be billed to either.

For me, it's the most solid VPN service out there right now and if you are looking for a VPN service with a solid security record and a good feature set, then Private Internet Access is it. Why? Well, one reason is that I trust the developers a lot and have known them for years. Their previous project, Torguard, was also great. But let's not get carried away here.

The reason I am trusting them is that when I first started using the service, I needed to use their browser extension and when I used the service, it was still in beta and it was quite buggy. And I didn't have any problems with that.

So after I was satisfied with the service and its features, I moved on to another VPN service that was quite similar and it also had a browser extension that was buggy at that time. That didn't bother me.

And the service I used was quite solid, it also had a browser extension that was stable and it also worked fine.
