You can get a really good one for free in the form of which is an extension to Chromium. I would prefer something a little better, but not too much because my internet connection isn't very good. Right now I am using the Google Chrome proxy.

You can use your original proxy and just set the player to use it instead of directly connecting to the IP. The streaming proxy then redirects the connection from the server IP to your original proxy IP, when it can't redirect it will pass the player traffic through the usual proxy connections.

So streaming proxies are really important to be able to play these types of streams which typically come with very high speeds. A normal proxy server just redirects your traffic (for example your HTTP or HTTPS requests, eg to the corresponding YouTube website) to the IP address the client has specified, instead of sending your request to the proxy server itself. When that happens, the PS5 searches for available Wi-Fi networks that do not require a login to connect to them. My best source of information is the Playstation Blog because it's the only reliable source I can think of for anything related to PS5.
