How do I cancel my Surfshark subscription within 30 days?

If you are a Surfshark Subscriber, you have 30 days to cancel your subscription.

We will charge the full subscription amount to the payment method that you have designated in the App, and you will be able to use your subscription credits within 30 days.

After you have paid for your subscription and you are ready to cancel, please follow these steps: Log into your App. Select Subscription and click on Edit Subscription. Select Cancel Subscription. Choose the Subscription you want to cancel. You will receive a confirmation email, confirming your request. For information about how we process cancellations, please read our FAQs. Do I need to renew my subscription if I canceled it before the end of the 30 day period? No, if you cancel your subscription before the end of the 30 day period, your subscription will expire at the end of the 30 days and you will not be charged for another month. Can I cancel my Surfshark subscription after the 30 day period ends? Yes, but only if you have been charged after the 30 day period has ended and you decide to cancel your subscription within 60 days. Can I pay for my subscription within the 30 days and then cancel my subscription after the 30 days is up? No, once the 30 day period has passed, your subscription cannot be cancelled. If you paid for your subscription in advance, you can only cancel your subscription after the 30 day period has passed. You can still choose to do so by using your subscription credits.

How do I use my Surfshark Subscription credits? Your subscription credits are used for any and all purchases that you make with your subscription. The amount of subscription credits that you have is shown in the App under the Subscription section of your Account.

How much time do I have to use my subscription credits? You can use the subscription credits in the following ways: Recharge your mobile phone. Recharge your tablet or other device. Purchase a one month subscription or more. Purchase access to any of our Premium Services. Make purchases of any Surfshark Subscription service for which we offer a subscription credit option.

How do I cancel my Surfshark VPN subscription?

In order to cancel your Surfshark account you will need to login into your dashboard and go to your account information section where you can find the cancel subscription link.

You will then be presented with a form that asks you to fill in some personal information (like your email address).

Once you have filled in that information, you can select Yes to confirm your cancelation. Once that is confirmed, your Surfshark VPN account will be instantly canceled. Is there an auto-renew feature? Surfshark VPN gives you 2 months free service on its first purchase. After that, you are forced to subscribe to the service. If you try to cancel your account before its end date, you will automatically be charged the next month. However, you have the opportunity to opt out of that subscription by contacting them at support@surfshark.com

Can I install it on more than one device? You may install it as many times as you want but they cannot add more users to a single account. However, you can manage all your accounts from one place.

Can I change the subscription and/or the country of my location? No, you cannot change the subscription period or the country of your location unless you already know your address and contact information. All changes you make are kept stored for 6 months so you do not have to worry if you change it later.

What happens if I close my account? You cannot close your account or remove your information and settings from your dashboard because this information is used to process and deliver the service. If you wish to completely delete your account, you will have to contact them and tell them you want to delete your account.

Can I share my VPN account? As Surfshark VPN is a private subscription service, there is no way for you to share your information with any other user. If you want to share your data with others, you can always sign up for a different service that provides you with more features.

My response: Hi.I would like to know why you need the cancellation on your cell phone on your surf shark account and also if you are going to cancel then can you please give me your complete name address email phone number so that I cancel your account.

If you are interested in getting a cell phone plan without a contract then you may want to check out the cell phone discount plans page on SurfShark. It says that you cancel at any time. But there are always exceptions to every rule.

I didn't look much into it as there is no contract for the phones, and I will see how they are when I use it. Good luck.

Response by Surfshark: Surf shark is a good website so please don't lose it if you cancel. Also you can try surf shark but if you don't like your phone they will charge you for a new one in which case we cancel.

Hello. As per surf shark rules when you cancel you must pay for the shipping charges and they will then transfer the amount to your credit card or PayPal account. I'm looking for a phone now! We have sent you a mobile over here to get your data free. We can't cancel your account until you get the phone and activated it. So you need to pay for the shipping cost of the phone before you can do anything.

Hello I wanted to purchase from online and it was from surf shark and their prices was amazing and best. However they said after 2 week of their service but in reality in 8 day.
