Is airfare included in all-inclusive resorts?
My sister and I are traveling to St.
Lucia from the U. This April for a week, and were wondering if airfare would be included in the all-inclusive resorts that we've found? We're looking into an all-inclusive since we're first-timers, and it'll be nice not to have to think about figuring out where to buy the ticket.
What to say. Yes, you should definitely get airfare that is included. You can spend weeks planning your trip, and there are always things that happen. The resort may add on additional charges, or they may have different things that can go wrong. You just don't know. So get airfare that is included to avoid any surprises.
When in doubt, call the resort. If it's a good one, it will give you the straight skinny. You won't need to bother with a web-based travel agency, either.
Also.have you booked your flight yet? Not sure why your travel agent can't do that for you. Good Luck!
It's really up to the resort. Some include it and some don't. If the resort says it's included, it is.
And, of course, there's the possibility of your reservation getting canceled due to the travel agent not telling you all the details before booking. That's why a travel agent is so important. It might seem like overkill, but they'll make sure you know every aspect of the trip before committing to it.
You said your trip will be to St. Lucia, so I assume you are going to the main island.
If your trip includes Grand Case and Reduit Boutari, both resorts on the southeast coast of the island, you will absolutely need transportation to get to both resorts. They are both a fair distance from one another. Most likely, you will need to take a shuttle boat across the lagoon to Grand Case and then hire a car from there to get to the other resort.
Grand Case is close to St. John's, which is the capital of the country. From St. John's, you would probably take a shuttle boat to Anse de Toiny, where you would be able to catch a bus to St. George's. You would not want to take the small boat from Anse de Toiny to Reduit Boutari because you would be paying double the fares.
Is it cheaper to book Vacations as a package?
Yes, if the vacation package includes all you desire.
Otherwise, you will pay more for each one separately.
Is it better to buy the vacation package with points? It is better to buy the vacation package with points. It can save you money and points. It will cost you less to buy the vacation package with points than it would with cash. But if you purchase the vacation package with points, you would need only 40 points.
Does it matter which airline I fly? It does not matter, unless you can make the price of a flight much cheaper by choosing a particular airline. How do I calculate how many points I need to fly a certain airline or carrier? When calculating the number of miles you will need for your vacation, you can base it on the distance you need to travel in order to get to your destination. For example, if your destination is San Francisco, California, then it is roughly a 2-hour flight from Los Angeles, California. So, you can deduct 200 miles from your total number of miles needed to fly from LAX to SFO. This method is simple, and if you do this for all airlines that you plan on flying, then you will know exactly how many miles you need for each airline or carrier.

How far in advance can you book all-inclusive Vacations?
Answers: The travel agent we use usually contacts you 1-3 weeks in advance for a 2 week trip and as many as 2 months for longer trips.
We found that the earlier you book it, the better deal you are going to get. So if you get a last minute deal, book it. There's lots of "free time" you can use and there will be less competition so prices are often pretty good.
Can I use the Traveler's Check? Answer: Yes, using the Traveler's Check is easy. First contact your travel agent to request a "Traveler's Check." With this arrangement, the company sends an electronic invoice that can be paid with credit cards or through a pre-approved ACH debit order that comes directly from your checking account.
How do I find travel packages to offer at conventions? Answers: One of the best ways to find deals on convention travel is to look for vendors using an online travel agency, like Expedia or Orbitz. These sites provide lists of travel agents that specialize in group travel. You can contact the travel agent, who will do the work for you. You can find more information on these sites on the website for the convention. The company provides a 100% money-back guarantee on all sales transactions, not just those transactions covered by the Best Deal guarantee. Best Deals can be booked through the company's website or via telephone by calling 1-888-565-9356.
Expedia will match any quote on a qualifying travel product offered by an agent within five business days of booking. Simply fax a copy of the itinerary to the address listed on your itinerary page to qualify. For additional information contact (866) EXPEDIATE (866-364-3294).

Where can I get the best deal on vacation packages?
I am getting married in May.
I have a friend that would be a great maid of honor, but she can't afford to come with me. I am looking for a deal on some vacation package, such as hotels and activities. Where is the best place to find a good deal?

They're usually pretty affordable too, so they're not exactly a ripoff as some people think they are.
You don't have to stay in one place. Do an online search for flights to Europe and then book flights from those cities in Europe to where you want to stay. Or, go straight to the hotels website and look for deals there. This will likely be more expensive, but it is the cheapest way to go if you don't want to get up close and personal with multiple travel agents and you don't want to go the full length of the trip.
The biggest mistake you can make when traveling is to stay in one place too long, or you'll have no time to enjoy the fun things that travel offers. I think a good strategy is to do something like this for each leg of your trip: book your flights using the Tripadvisor forum - if it's a good group you'll find discounts between 10-20% off published prices.
