Hello. I want to use a VPN while watching Netflix to make sure that my streaming speed stays the same as it would be if I wasn't using a VPN. I'm not trying to hide my identity and I will be using a VPN for at least a month.

If I was to say I live in New York City and often go to New Jersey to visit my family, would people assume that I was visiting when I was actually in New Jersey, because of the location of my IP address? Would they assume that, or would they realize that it was my real location? This is a good point, and it is the point that I am trying to make.
