With that being said, it is always good practice to check if the content you want to add to your Stremio library is authorized for your location (country) and that it has not been previously added to your Stremio library. In case you can't wait to start watching your TV shows and movies, you can stream them right from your FireStick.

The Stremio app is compatible with most FireStick devices, but if you have anything from 2026 or earlier, you might have to install the Stremio-specific drivers on your FireStick's storage drive first. Then, you can download and install the Stremio app from the FireStick website and connect it to your Wi-Fi network. As the app only works on new FireStick devices, it's a good idea to check if yours is compatible and follow the Stremio installation instructions.
