How much is the DTube token?

The team behind DTube has developed its own cryptocurrency to use on the DTube blockchain, called the DTube token.

This token is used for the purposes of voting and incentivising different actions.

The token has also been used in the future to fund the creation of new video channels and even funding a 'DTube fund'. There are currently over 5,000 DTube channel creators who are part of the Fund some of which include the likes of The Verge, Gizmodo, Eurogamer, and more! How does the DTube token work? The DTube token operates on the Ethereum blockchain network so all tokens are stored on the Ethereum blockchain. When you start to receive your own DTube token, it gets generated on your computer and enters your wallet. There's a total supply of 1,000,000 DTube tokens, and it's expected that this cap will be reached in 2025.
