How to change country on Rakuten TV?

I recently started watching Rakuten TV.

I have noticed that it seems like the options to change the country on Rakuten TV are limited, and often people are having trouble finding their preferred country to live in.

I'm curious to know how other people are changing the country on Rakuten TV. Is there a way to do this? Or is there an app you can download that does this for you? Rakuten TV is free, so you can't get to a different country unless you pay a subscription. I think you can log into the website to change the country. I haven't tried it myself but it might work. I'll see if I can find anything.

Also, my subscription is automatically renewing each month, but I don't remember signing up for it. Does this mean that I have to cancel the subscription to change my country? I'm now thinking that maybe I'm paying for a subscription, but I'm not sure. If I'm not paying for a subscription, I would think that the country selection would be different from when I was.

Is there a way to check what subscription I'm actually paying for, and what my payment details are?
