How do I get data from a folder in Excel Power Query?

I want to extract some files from an old folder of a drive on my computer and then do some stuff to them.

For some reason, I can't find documentation on how to access these files in powerquery and extract them to Excel Power Query. My goal is to extract the files and then move them to other folders. There's only data coming out of them at the moment, no formatting etc.

I've looked at various tutorials, and none seem to address my situation. Here is an example of downloading a folder (note that it needs a little more detail than "a whole folder"). After that is done, the files are ready to use and should be easy to transform.
Source = Folder.Documents("C:UsersyourUsersourceFolder"), #"Converted to Table" = Table.

I am currently learning Power Query for Excel for Mac and I am having a bit of trouble figuring out how to do a PQ on a Mac.

Can anyone please explain this in more detail? Open your data source in Excel and in the Home ribbon, click on Data. In the dialog that appears, select From Other Sources. Find the folder containing the files and click Open. To see the files in the folder, click on the folder icon next to the name of the folder. Now you have imported the data.

How to get data from Active Directory in Excel Power Query?

I need to get all employees working at a specific office location.

The data are available in Active Directory. Is there any way to get this information to Excel?
My initial plan was to join the data from Active Directory to Excel, but there are too many fields to choose. I would like to be able to choose only the information I need, and not all the data in Active Directory.

Is there any way to get data from Active Directory into Excel? Then you can use the User property to get the users' full names, department, office, etc.
