How do you get to Dapper Bear?

The first season of Mad Men is over.

We survived Season 7. I want to take a moment to thank all of you for making this whole thing possible. It was great fun. The fact that you're still reading the comments to this post shows that you found it entertaining as well.

It's been a great ride so far, but we can't stay here forever. You know the drill by now, right? I hope you don't regret watching it.

What's next? Well, first there will be The New York Times review of the show. They're going to watch it and evaluate it critically as if it were their own beloved show. Then, when that comes out, I am going to look at that to get some sense of how the show stacks up against other critically acclaimed series.

At the same time, they're going to put together a list of other critically-acclaimed TV shows to compare with Mad Men. If you have a list, send it to me. The more the merrier. So far, I've got Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Lost on that list.

Then there will be the book. I just received the hard copy yesterday and just started paging through it. I've already decided which category it's going into and I may include some spoilers about that in the next installment.

The last stop is going to be my next entry on the Mad Men Companion, where I'm going to go over the season as a whole and analyze it. Once I get to Episode 201, my next entry, and I'll likely be covering Episodes 200-199.

The good news is I should know what to do after 200 for sure. If you're on Twitter, come ask me questions! I'll answer any of your queries. You can even follow me and tell me about your favorite Season 1 episode! That always makes me laugh. The downside is that I won't have the answers to many of your questions. I will, however, be able to get to as many of the most popular episodes as I can.

Thank you for your patience and your interest! UPDATE: The New York Times came back with a positive review of Season 7.

Who is Dapper Bear?

Our new hero, bear.

I love him.

Dapper Bear is an incredibly important character in my life, as a friend, as a member of my family. What does this mean? Let me explain what Dapper means to me (and you, and hopefully more people than I could possibly describe).

Dapper Bear, to me, is not only a friend who's been a part of this site since May 2023, a person who I enjoy working with, and a character in my ongoing comic strip at the time that I started this site. Dapper Bear, to me, is a living legend, a giant, whose accomplishments in science, and literature, and film, and politics, far exceed my own abilities, his kindness (when he comes out of hiding and says something really nice to me, even if I don't deserve it) and intelligence (yes, that too), and his loyalty to friends (he just did that! And now, that same bear has also become a meme, for both me and for the general internet! The term "Dapper Bear" is a reference to a character in an earlier (but much missed) show on Fox: Frasier, which I miss very much. He's kind of like Cliff Clavin without being mean, and I've mentioned him here a few times before. But the moment to share that meme, finally, is now. He's the very best bear there is! (I'm sure there are bears that are better. But that's a question for another time.)

Dapper Bear and I first met, face-to-face, on the Internet: in Google Chat, back in May of 2023. And when we met, we had a chat, and Dapper Bear became, for me, a hero. He went above and beyond anything I'd done, or even imagined, and he brought us all together, and helped us become better people. For me, he made himself into a part of my family, because he didn't care where his friends were from, just so they were good people (like those good guys in all the Star Wars movies).

Where is dapper Bear located in bee swarm simulator?

Possible Duplicate: Where is my Android Game?

I have successfully built android game and uploaded it to playstore. The app works fine on my phone (HTC desire). But when I tried to run it on someone else's phone (HTC desire), it shows that 'Could not find dapper bear.' message. After trying to find out where the game is located on the phone, I see the game is in 'sdcard'. And the android is installed in 'userdata' (My phone is a dual-booted phone) with userdata and system partition. The folder 'sdcard' is located in userdata. Any ideas what is wrong? Do I have to have bee swarms to work on playstore? Or the game works on other phones with similar setup as mine?

Update: Found out that another way to solve this problem is using apk file. Instead of copying the game source to the phone, I can use apk file and load it.

If the game runs fine on your phone but won't on others, you might have to include the Google Play Services package for their game store.
