Your free Google Play family Plan account allows you to set a Google account for all devices for your kids.

Is Google family group free?

My husband and I just got married in September of this year and we are still living at home while our wedding date happens to be in March 2024.

I've searched the web and have come up with conflicting information. Does Google Family group have a monthly or yearly fee? Please clarify for us! Thanks! The family account is free. I just joined 3 months ago and I don't recall a fee being mentioned. The only time I was charged for a service was when I wanted to send my friend's wedding photos.

I tried signing in for about a week. After I deleted the email addresses (including the first one that came with the invitation) I started to receive daily emails. After several days, I stopped receiving those emails but my status had changed from "Pending" to "Active".

Is there any reason why I would receive emails from Google Family, but not other friends on FB or on LinkedIN? It's really weird. What is the limit on the number of emails a user can receive per day? They had a list of countries where they do charge for service if you're not in the country mentioned. For instance, I'm based in UK, so I'd get charged for the service if I were based in India, Pakistan, Australia or New Zealand.

They have sent me a membership. I don't see how it activated unless I actually accepted their invite (which I've done via the link in the email).

I think the fee is that if you're based in a place where Google doesn't have a presence, you'll have to pay. As of yet, I don't know if I have to pay for their service even though I'm based in the U. The email they sent me does state that I'll have access to services in a selected few countries where they currently have a presence.
